Linda Gregory named new Southern Seaboard Trustee

Linda Gregory, President of the WTN-COPS chapter, was recently elected to the National Board of Concerns of Police Survivors as the Southern Seaboard Region trustee, which includes the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia as well as both North and South Carolina.

The C.O.P.S. National Board is composed of 10 voting members and 2 non-voting members. Board members develop policy, govern the organization, and provide peer-support and information about COPS' programs and services.

Concerns of Police Survivors, Inc. (COPS)

"COPS is a national, non-profit organization which was formed in Washington, D.C. in 1983. COPS held its first National Police Survivors' Seminars the following year with 100 attendees. There are now over 10,000 families served by COPS. West Tennessee Concerns of Police Survivors (WTN-COPS) was organized in 2000 and is one of the three state chapters. WTN-COPS serves all counties west of the Tennessee River and is committed to helping surviving law enforcement families rebuild their lives after the traumatic and life changing experience of losing their officer in the line-of-duty...
